The word verification thingy seems to depend on what template, the date you began using it and other factors. I don't think there's anyway to change it but I may be wrong.
I've had my blog for over two years so it's an older version of how things work I guess. Sorry I'm not any help...there again, I always go ask Susie at 1st Floor Flat...she has the computery blog full of blog information and you can post this question to her.
