We are putting in a new rose bush tomorrow...and it had one LARGE bloom on it already..so I cut it for this Still Life.

My other older pink rosebush had a big bloom, along with the yellow "nearly wild" bush that had lots of blooms...so just had to show them off.

Well thank you Gerry...I do enjoy doing these and then to have the "perfect" roses to work with helps a lot too.

Thank you again Gerry...so nice of you to visit each day..I wish I was that diligent with my visting blogs.

Rose, the rose on the left is called "Belinda's Dream"..from the Antique Rose Emporium

The rose on the right we just got from WalMart..and it does not have a name...I'm sorry.

With love,

Truly gorgeous! Of course I'm nutty about pink roses, but that sweet soft yellow one is so lovely! I can't wait until roses start blooming around here!
