This was the type of stove.... as a brand new bride... I had to ( try to) cook on in our first apartment in Biloxi, Mississippi, when my husband was in the Air Force back in the 50's.
HA~ mind you, I did not really know how to cook properly yet. I thought I would faint at the sight of it... when I first saw it... and of the challange it turned out to be.
