We will celebrate tomorrow.. Our daugher and grandchildren are all working today ( Sunday) ...as they are nurses, policeman and military... ...and duty calls.Give each of your children and grandchildren a hug for me will you ?

Ms. Rose. Thanks for stopping by My Old Historic House. The Victorian Homes magazine is out now or should be. It is the June issue, but they said it would be on news stands the end of April or first of May. Thanks for mentioning it. I did a post about it just before Easter and have sneak preview pictures from the article,please go back and check it out.Also right now the old Mississippi is very claim and on hold. I was never worried it would get the house as we build sand bags, but it is a lot of work, trouble and expense. It looks like we might miss it this spring. But with the river one never knows. I am retired now and it is hard to live on that SS and when things like a flood pop up, scares me to death. Thanks for you kind and nice worlds. Your Blogger friend. Richard and my dog Sissy. Rose, this gold frame is beyond gorgeous!! I alwasy love what you create:) And I can tell you are having fun learning about layering, brushes and such. I learn and seem to forget twice as fast!ha!
