DRYING ROSES

Have been picking some roses at different stages to dry for some Still Lifes later. The larger of the two here started drying outdoors already..I think from the hot spell and dry winds we had recently. So I brought it inside to finish the job. The other rose was on the same branch.

I have seen roses being dried this way...I thought I would try it.
Not sure now long it takes to get the effect I want.
I hope these retain their color like my others did with my other method.
