Well..it's getting.............

Well, it's getting HOT in the house, the A/C has been acting up
and runing over...and started leaking THRU our ceiling....not good. In Texas, the A/C units are in the ATTIC...now isn't that crazy ??
I will update you later. ( Sigh....)

Pearl, yes, I was about to melt like the Wicked Witch of the West.....but he put some Freon in the unit...and he said THAT should do us for a good while longer. (Hopefully)
Glad the water stoppped dripping from the ceiling...and did not do much damage.
Oh yes if it did not get fixed by tonight, I would have to go over to our daughters to sleep.

Rose so sorry about your AC. That is a must with Temps in the 90's already in Texas.
I am lucky my two AC are not in my attic.
Hope you get this resolved and have a very Happy Easter
Love
Maggie

Hi Maggie...gosh if anyone would know about TEXAS and this HEAT down here, it would be YOU sweet lady.
What happened is.. the ooils "froze over" with ice... and then the A/C simply stopped working...then the ice started to melt... (don't know how anything could freeze up in a 120 degree attic )....but all seems to be well NOW.
SO HAPPY,
My Fibro does not like anything about THAT kind of heat. I don't know how the Texans of the 1800's stood it in this endless heat, especially with the clothes they wore back then. I take my hat off to them.
Thanks for stopping by...hope you are doing better, my Texas friend.

Hope temperatures are more agreeable to you now Rose! Come to think that we have only 23C compared to your high temperatures! (And we're only too pleased to have some sun after this severe winter :-) Take care, Happy Easter to you and yours, Ira

Pearl, Maggie & Ira...things are back to normal and I am happy about that. Next to losing our electricity ...this is the worst inconvenience.
He had to come back the next day becasue the coils iced up...and so he had to add freon, so hopefully all is well for a while.
