~ROSE'S ~ "PITIFUL BEAR" ~

...He so badly needed a home
and be loved again. Now he has many new friends
to keep him company. He will most likely
get some antique button eyes.. ( he has none ) and a button
belly button, and maybe a scarf... or lace
collar.
He has been resued. ....

Oh, I don't think he (or she) looks pitiful at all...more like precious!

Can't wait to see what you do with the embellishments. Then we'll know for sure, boy or girl, right?

By the way, I would like to invite you to visit the cottage, and join in on the fun for all three of my linky parties:

ASK THE YANKEE - MONDAYS
TIPS & TRICKS TUESDAY
TIME TRAVEL THURSDAY

You can get the details here:

http://thebrambleberrycottage.blogspot.com/2010/06/brambleberry-cottage-linky-party.html

Each party runs for six days, so come on by!

Hope to see you there!

Thanks, he is loved for sure...I don't plan to move him too often after I "fix" him up a bit..he is just so fragile. Even my husband likes him. Rose

Yes, ladies he is cute...in his own "shabby" way of course.
And Shabby is what caught my eye sbout him.

I am going to lay low for a day or two.. this leg has been bothering me and I need to rest it I believe.TOO MUCH "on my feet" time this past week I think.

I think he's a great bear. I found a tiny worn Dakin bear today in a thrift store. He'll get a lace bow tie then go to my Mom for her birthday. Old bears (the more pitiful the better) are the best!
