We have this River Birch tree on our property...that I just LOVE...most especially this time of year...where it seems to peel more...and the leaves are gone, so we can see the bark so distinctly .

ReplyDeleteMary, I had never heard of a River Birch until we moved here to Texas...we always LOVED the birch trees in Canada when we visited there each summer.
ReplyDeleteSusan, this stree is very tall and thinish...and I do not take any of the bark off of it..am afraid I will kill it !!!
